Price was better than manufacturer’s online store. I liked the free gift knife and free shipping. However, shipping is only within the US. Acknowledgement of order was polite and did not appear to be the usual machine generated response! Coupon for shipping on the next order was a nice touch. Oregon Knife Shop web site was relatively easy to negotiate. The selection of items was quite large and the discription of each item was comprehensive. I bought a Swiss Army knife and carrying case. I found the history of Swiss Army knives quite interesting and eventually useful in my selection from the many products offered. I was also gratified to be able to have my knife engraved. I bought it as a gift for my grandson and that made it extra special. Oregon Knife kept me informed as to the progress of my purchase activity and the shipping of my purchase. I received my knife within three days of purchase and did not choose any kind of expidited shipping option. The packaging was excellent. I received my purchase without any kind of damage. I was very excited about my purchase and elated when it got to me in such a short period of time. The products were exactly what was offered and I am very pleased with them. I hope I have adequately expressed my pleasure and satisfaction with doing business with Oregon Knife Shop. The free gift was just icing.

Late one evening,I ordered 2 pieces of merhandise, 1 was engraved.The next day Oregon Knife informed me that my order had been received and processed.Later that same day they told me my merchandise had been shipped via priority mail. I placed my order only a couple weeks before Christmas also having the product engraved. I began to have doubts about the recipient receiving it by Christmas (because of the personalization) and wrote to Oregon Knife Shop and asked them if it would be received in time. I was surprised to receive a reply the same day assuring me it would be engraved and mailed well before Christmas. To my delight, it was received with days to spare. I highly recommend this store to any internet shopper. Great products, prices and, most importantly, great customer service.

I had never heard of the Oregon Knife Shop before. I was in search of replacing a Swiss Army Knife as a gift for a relative that lost his previous one. I did a quick search for Swiss Army Knives and found the Oregon Knife Shop. Was able to locate the exact same knife fairly easily, considering I know little to nothing about knives. It was well-received in a matter of days. Their ordering system was easy to follow and the shipping department walked through every step - sent an email confirming purchase and sent email when order was shipped so that I could track the process effectively.
