- 3 Day Select - $10.00 (arrives 3 business days after date of shipment)*
- 2nd Day (arrives in 2 business days after date of shipment)*
- Fed Ex Next Day Air - $30.00 (arrives the next business day after shipment)*
*In stock orders ship same business day if placed before 3:00 Eastern. Engraving generally adds 1-2 days to processing time.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
If you experience a defect, please contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty service. Most all manufacturers now require warranty work to be handled directly to allow for proper documentation and tracking of warranty work. Used items can not be returned.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
All products must be returned in original
packaging within 30 days. Engraved items are not returnable. Returned items may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.

We'll give you a Return Authorization
Number (RMA).
Shipping charges are not refundable (unless
of course we shipped the wrong product). Also, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.

SHIPPING DIRECTIONS
Please ship in a sturdy box or padded envelope.
Please write the Return Authorization Number
on the outside of the Box.
Also, please be sure to include your name, and address and the Return
Authorization number on a slip of paper inside the box.
We suggest you send your package using a method that can be traced, either
US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS.
