The Fallkniven PRK Police Rescue Knife is the famous Swedish knifemaker's first knife specifically built for law enforcement/military personnel and its first blade with a tanto point and a partially serrated blade.
What hasn't changed is the fact that Fallkniven makes some of the finest fixed blade knives in the world and the PRK is no exception. The Fallkniven PRK is crafted of a new specially laminated cobalt steel (hardness of 60 HRC) for superb edge retention. Coating in black Ceracoat for low reflection and extreme protection from tarnishing makes this knife great for marine/diving applications.
A partially serrated blade makes easy work of cutting rope, seat belts, and cordage. The PRK (Police Rescue Knife) has an overall length of 8.3" with a 3.7" blade (thickness of .180, tapered), a broad full-tang, a durable Thermorun handle and a Zytel sheath.
